Terms and conditions of sale

Shopify writes this text for you: Settings → Policies, then “Create from template”. It adapts it to your country and publishes it automatically — you have nothing to write in the theme.

Your text must cover at least the following points:

• The seller's identity and full contact details.
• The ordering process, and the moment the sale becomes binding.
• Prices, applicable taxes and accepted payment methods.
• The right of withdrawal, its length and its exceptions.
• The legal guarantee of conformity and dispute resolution.
