Shipping policy

Shopify writes this text for you: Settings → Policies, then “Create from template”. It adapts it to your country and publishes it automatically — you have nothing to write in the theme.

Shipping and delivery

Your text must cover at least the following points:

• Handling time before the parcel reaches the carrier.
• The zones served and the estimated time for each.
• Shipping costs, and any free-shipping threshold.
• Parcel tracking, and what to do if a parcel is lost.
• Customs duties for shipments outside the European Union.
