Refund policy

Shopify writes this text for you: Settings → Policies, then “Create from template”. It adapts it to your country and publishes it automatically — you have nothing to write in the theme.

Refunds and returns

Your text must cover at least the following points:

• How long an item may be returned for, counted from delivery.
• The condition it must come back in: tag, packaging, item unworn.
• Who pays for the return, and how soon the refund is issued.
• Items excluded from returns — personalised pieces, underwear, sale items.
• The address returns must be sent to.
